Morris Louis, Delta Gamma (1960)
Once again, the dripping
painting caught my eye. It was a technique of mine in my senior year portfolio
and I love it. This picture is so intriguing to me. It is so simple looking but
yet so complex at the same time. I love it. I can just read into it a ton of
meanings. It makes me feel free, simple things like this make it seem like life
can be simple, yet colorful.
The Beatles were a big hit this time and I think
it would be great to feature this painting
